My husband and I have been going to Dr. Perlstein for over 10 years and we love him and his whole office. They treat you like family and take great care of you and your dental health! Dr. Perlstein told me something about my gums and teeth no other dentist or periodontist had ever told me. I love my smile now more than I ever have thanks to Dr. P! I would recommend him to anyone I know, he and his office staff are the best!

I had another wonderful experience at Dr. Perlstein's office this morning after 10 + years of treatment. Sandy does a beautiful job cleaning! I used to go to a dentist for cleanings twice a year in between periodontal cleanings, but not any more. All cleanings will be at this office in the future and hopefully, by Sandy. Helen is a delight and keeps us all in order. Great team!

I very rarely write reviews, but my periodontal experience with Dr. Perlstein was one of the best I've had under the drill. He is highly adept at explaining things - his resume indicates he has taught classes in periodontology at Emory - and as his hygienists will tell you, Dr. Perlstein takes a very conservative approach to interventions. It's nice to have a doctor who takes the Hippocratic oath seriously! I only visited the office three times (consultation, procedure, and post-op), but each time it was clear that the other patients were happy to be there, and felt a personal connection to the staff. As I write this one month later, I am very satisfied with the outcome. It was easily worth the two-hour drive each way, and I would visit Dr. Perlstein for any periodontal concerns in a heartbeat. From the very first appointment I had at Dr. Perlstein's office, everyone was so pleasant and truly welcoming. When I got to meet the doctor, it was the icing on the cake, he was very personable, patient and addressed all the questions and concerns I had. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Perlstein will ensure you are comfortable during any procedure he is performing on you. He kept asking about how I was feeling throughout the process to ensure that I was comfortable. The best part of it all is that he called to check on how I was feeling later on that day. I have had pretty good dentists in my lifetime but Dr. Perlstein definitely surpasses them all. He is an outstanding Peridontist!! Highly recommend.

Dr. Perstein and his staff have been taking exceptional care of me for years. He and his staff are kind and really focus on the patient. They have, on several occasions gone well above and beyond to ensure I have the best care possible no matter what the circumstance. I so appreciate Dr. Perlstein and his team of professionals. In this day, how many doctors call patients at home after a procedure to check on them and give their home number in case of an emergency? This is the consistant level of outstanding service they provide patients...wish there were more healthcare providers like him!

My experience with Dr. Perlstein and his staff was quite impressive! From my first telephone call to my farewell at the Receptionist desk. Everyone was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Perlstein was remarkable! His knowledge and experience blew me away! He made my experience so easy and comfortable that all I had to do was tell him what I wanted done. I love him! I love his staff! I felt like I knew them most of my life! I can hardly wait until I go back to get my work complete.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Perlstein and his staff. The office staff was very professional and friendly. I was very nervous about my procedure and did not know what to expect. However, Dr. Perlstein and his assistant explained everything to me as they were doing it. They made sure that I was as comfortable as possible and knew what to expect at all times during my process. He was very personable and really cared about the outcome of the procedure. I was especially impressed when he called me that evening to see how my mouth was feeling. I can tell he has a true passion for what he does. I would highly recommended him!

Several years ago I wrote a review of Dr. Perlstein so this is my second review. I have been seeing Dr. Perlstein since the 70s when he was a baby periodontist and I just can’t recommend him highly enough. Over the years he has also become my go-to dentist for information and recommendations on all things dental. Since it seems my mouth is an entire dental school curriculum all rolled up into one convenient package and since I have a peculiar affinity for injuries, I really need and appreciate a trusted gatekeeper into the "Wonderful" World of Dentistry. Dr P and his staff are genuinely concerned about their patients. Both he and his office manager, Sam Cohen, took several hours out of their day to assist me through a difficult procedure at another dentist’s office. Way above and beyond usual expectations. His entire staff has a great sense of humor and that helps to put patients at ease. (Hum maybe also a result of a gas leak?) Unlike some other dentist's offices, you never feel like you are entering the chambers of near-death experiences. At Dr P's, everyday is Patient Appreciation Day.
